Our experienced and specialist independent school culinary teams make meals your pupils love to eat: creative and varied flavours from around the world and all made from scratch, every day.

From the Store Person to the Head Chef, our culinary teams are passionate about food and fully committed to ensuring your pupils have a unique and memorable experience.

We are committed to developing our chefs at all levels, supporting them with industry-leading training, culinary master classes, professional placements and the opportunity to shine at prestigious craft competitions. Every member of the team has access to a wealth of training opportunities enabling them to develop their career and enhance your catering service.

Our chefs attend Ecole Lenôtre in Paris, one of the most prestigious culinary schools in the world with a three Michelin star restaurant to match. Here they develop their skills to ensure the service, quality and delivery of food to your school is guaranteed to be of the highest standard.

Our hard working team have been acknowledged at a number of prestigious culinary competitions, including Hotelympia’s La Parade des Chefs and Sodexo’s own Chef of the Year competition.
