All of our meat, milk, cream and eggs and fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables are Red Tractor certified. All of our seafood is sustainably sourced and MSC/Responsible Irish Fish certified. We also source over 80 Fairtrade ingredients from fair and ethical trading organisations.
In Ireland, Sodexo are proud to be early adopters of the Origin Green Sustainability Programme, the only sustainability programme in the world that operates on a national level, uniting government, the private sector and food producers through Bord Bia, the Irish Food Board.
We also work in partnership with Good Food Ireland, giving us the opportunity to work with and support local artisan suppliers.
