I began working with Sodexo almost 20 years ago after a number of years working in the food retail sector. My first role was chef manager at a corporate client site; valuable experience, working right at the heart of our business that left me with a deep appreciation for the passion our dedicated teams demonstrate each day in everything they do.
I have been lucky to have the opportunity to progress through a wide range of roles within Sodexo, gaining diverse experience working in many different client sectors. Most recently my role means I am dedicated to our education clients in Ireland and Scotland.
My drive for perfection ensures the teams focus on delivering “best in class” food and service excellence for our clients and students everywhere.
I am married with a daughter and my interests include competing at dog agility and other sports, and travel.
