Andy Voice from Independents by Sodexo, along with Gary Periti from Sodexo Education and Luke Townley from Sodexo Corporate Services, created a treacle tart with ice cream and custard as part of the competition which saw teams of chefs prepare a five-course meal.
Employees from across Sodexo made up two front-of-house teams who served Sodexo clients and partners the dinner.
The winning chef and front-of-house teams were awarded their trophy by Sodexo ambassador Matt Dawson and Sodexo UK & Ireland chair Sean Haley.
The annual Sodexo culinary team challenge was part of the Sodexo Live event which took place on Wednesday 26 September. The events also featured a thought leadership seminar programme featuring industry experts, as well as a retail village, celebrity chef demonstrations and supplier exhibitions.
